This provisional reservation is subject to the terms and conditions as well as payment policies of Port St John’s River Lodge. Kindly note that no reservation is confirmed unless a deposit has been received.
payment & cancellation policies
- Please ensure that a reservation number is reflected in all dealings with Port St John’s River Lodge.
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost must be paid to secure reservation.
- Full and final payment is to be made on/or before the date of arrival. Please note that there are credit card facilities on the premises.(VISA & MASTERCARD ONLY)
- Should the reservation be cancelled within seven (7) days of the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain 100% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. (21 days in high season)
- Should the reservation be cancelled within fifteen (15) days or more prior to the arrival date, there will be 50% forfeit of the deposit on cancellation.
- Port St John’s River Lodge will not issue any refunds after guest/s have checked in.
- For non-arrival (no-show) or premature departure, 100% of the total accommodation fee is payable.
- Should there be any outstanding balances to be paid, this payment needs to be made in full on the day prior to departure.
